My First Post

Hey everyone! This is aLiz, founder and designer of AL!37 Production. This is my very first post in this blog, it has been awhile for me writing a blog entry. Hopefully everything makes sense and this can help you understand us more! haha!

First of all, I should introduce myself more since there's nothing about myself in the site (well there's some in my personal one). Okay, where should I start...umm...I am aLiz (again..lol), age cannot be provided (unless you find it yourself..lol), I am still a student, studying visual communication design, business and marketing route in University of Alberta in Canada, gonna get a bachelor of design degree. I am also a full/part-time designer, working in this design brand..hahaa I was born in Hong Kong but now I mostly spend my time in Canada, except for part of my summer holidays in Hong Kong every year. I have been madly in love with design since I was only 9. I just love it. When I was a kid, I love designing birthday cards, christmas cards for people, and now I love more graphical stuff, playing around with photoshop and illustrator. Can't believe I could have a chance to show and sell my designs in here and share with everyone. Well, I kinda forget about how I got this idea of starting this design brand, but what I do remember is that I like to share my thoughts and ideas with people though my designs. I like getting attentions through them, like having "wow" effects for my good ones; as well as gathering feedbacks for my bad ones. I hook up with my dearest laptop for most of the time designing stuff, updating webpages, and maybe sometimes facebooking, (I think I should design a better laptop sceen to protect my eyes..lol) Other than that, maybe hanging out with friends and getting some more ideas and inspirations from other stuff. After a year of preparation for this design brand in 2007, me and 37 have stopped for a year for preparing university stuff and exams. This year, 2009, we got back again and reform the whole new AL!37 Production. Hopefully, it can get bigger soon and get more attentions, which is our biggest dream ever.
